• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which is specified in your invoice.
• Full payment is required by [Payment Due Date], and failure to make the payment may result in booking cancellation.
• Payment methods accepted include Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Secure online payment link (attracts a charge fee).

• Cancellation by the client must be made in writing.
• The amount of the refund is subject to our cancellation policy, which will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or other factors.
•    We will strive to provide alternative activities or accommodations of equal value in the event of changes.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining the required travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates.
•  Ensure that you are in good health for the trip, and any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed.

• ThrillBlaze Africa shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure, acts of nature, or any other unforeseeable events.
•    We are not responsible for personal property lost or damaged during the trip.

• Clients are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides and staff.
• Clients must adhere to local laws and customs and treat local communities and wildlife with respect.

Images and descriptions in our marketing materials may not always reflect the exact conditions or experiences encountered during travel.

Any issues or complaints during the trip must be reported to us as soon as possible to allow for resolution.
